Newsreels in which Dutch subjects of a certain week are presented.
The fourth six-day race after the war in Amsterdam in the RAI (exhibition building), where 22 cyclists cross 4000km in 145 hours, with a.o. Peter Post and the organisor Kurt Vyth. Between 5am and 12pm and between 5pm and 7pm they ride slower, during these periods cyclists read a newspaper or steer their bike with their feet. Also masseurs massaging the cyclists, mechanics repairing the bicycles and the caravans where the cyclists sleep.
