In his speech Eisenhower deals with the following issues: economic aid to young independent African nations and guarantee not to interfere with domestic politics of decolonized countries. Eisenhower proposes a plan for a controlled disarming, with the ban on atomich weapons and an international agreement to stop the use of planets and satellites for military training. In his speech, Krushev responds to Eisenhower's accusations against Moscow demagogy and aggressive strategy
